WHAT IS THE PERMIT ASSISTANCE TEAM?
In TLMA, the Permit Assistance Team is responsible for providing service to ALL residents and customers within the unincorporated county areas of Riverside. Our goal is to be the "one stop shop" for all entitlement and permitting related needs. Riverside County encompasses 7,300 square miles of vast terrain to which our residents and customers can easily get lost while maneuvering through the process. The Permit Assistance Team is here to help you maneuver through the development process and provide you a clearer picture of the county process.

WHEN SHOULD I CONTACT THE PERMIT ASSISTANCE TEAM?
Are you new to the Development process? If you have not worked with Riverside County's Development team before and don't know where to start, call our office. The Permit Assistance Team can lead you to the right persons and Departments.
Have you encountered a problem during the Development process? If you have, first discuss it with the persons or office involved. Many times they will explain a specific policy or ordinance or correct the problem on the spot. In fact, agency staff can solve most problems quicker and easier than the Permit Assistance Team.
If you have already made a reasonable effort with the agency or department to resolve your problem and have still not been successful, contact the Permit Assistance Team for a personalized consultation.
