    I don’t know the email address associated with my registered account

    Please email [email protected] for assistance looking up the email associated with your registered account.

    Will I still have access to my old permits and plans when I re-register?


    After you finish re-registering using the same email address as before, you will be able to see all plans and permits associated with your previous account on your Dashboard. If you do not see your permits, please email [email protected] for assistance.

    If I use a social media login tool to re-register (Google, Microsoft, Apple or Facebook), will I be able to login with my email on another occasion?

    If you re-register using Google, Microsoft, Apple or Facebook, you will need to continue to use the same login method each time. PLEASE NOTE: If your social media login uses a different email than the email associated with your previously registered account, you will not be able to see the permits that were previously on your Dashboard. Re-register using the “Create Account” button at the bottom of the screen to register with the correct email address. Please email [email protected] for further assistance.

    What do I do if I don’t see any of my permits or plans in my Dashboard after re-registering?

    Please check to make sure you are using the same email that you used to access PLUS Online previously. If you are still having problems, please email [email protected] for assistance.

    Why do I need to re-register my PLUS Online account?

    We have updated our login process to enhance the site’s security. This requires you to re-register.
