Once your information is added to the PHL, we will send download link to the provided e-mail address. Printed copy set of Plans and Bid Book are also available for the cost amount listed above (Mail/Shipping cost not included).

Plan Holder List registration and notifications:
Bidding Contractors who obtain digital copies of Plans and Bid Book from planroom(s) are advised to contact (951) 955-6780 (or [email protected]) to have company contact information entered on our Plan Holder List so that we can directly contact your company with any bidding notifications regarding this project.

Please note office location address is the location for purchase of plans and specifications that will be out to bid, and is also the location for submittal of paper bids for Transportation Department public works projects. The Transportation Department Annex is located 2 blocks south of the County Administrative Center.
If paying for copy of Plans and Bid Book, only checks can be accepted at the 14th Street Annex. Payment by cash, if unavoidable, must be made at the County Administrative Center.
