A certificate of occupancy document will be given at final inspection of a Mobile home that carries a permanent foundation permit. (433 Forms are not allowed to be processed in the field)

433 forms may be brought to our office and processed through dispatch; you must bring the signed certificate of occupancy document that was given in the field.

Your first inspection should be your site prep if there is one, use the chart above to schedule what applies to your project.

All job cards, permits and approved plans must be on site at all inspections

After all steps have been completed for the site prep and the permanent foundation, then you may schedule a final for all permits at the same time, all permits must pass for final to be approved, if one fails, they all fail.
