Ordinance No. 927: The purpose of this Ordinance is to establish regulations for the use of privately owned residential dwellings as short-term rentals to minimize the negative effects on surrounding properties. As a result, the County of Riverside has passed Ordinance No. 927, which requires homeowners providing short-term rental services to register their home with the County of Riverside. If you are a homeowner who provides short-term lodging at your residence or if you are a management company providing the same service on behalf of the owner, please complete the below application and send it to the following:
